Mario Moore was born in 1987 and raised in Detroit. currently residing in New York City. He earned a BFA in Illustration from the College for Creative Studies in 2009 and an MFA in Painting from the Yale School ofArt in 2013. He was an artist-in-residence at Knox College, Fountainhead Residency, and the Josef and Anni Albers Foundation.
